DMLS - Desautels Management Leadership Seminar

The first day consists of a series of guest speakers from several different fields. This is an invaluable opportunity to learn about leadership firsthand and to network with industry representatives. On the second day, we host a dynamic case competition. Teams are split up into groups of 4 to 5 and given a case to \"crack\". The teams then present their respective solutions to a panel of judges from sponsoring companies. This is a great opportunity for first year students to practice their critical thinking and presentation skills, and to network with peers and representatives from the corporate world.
